SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped within 7 days of purchase.
Orders to the UK are sent with EVRI.
Orders to the US are sent with Royal Mail and will be handed to your local courier once your package enters to United States.
(Outside of UK or US) PLEASE CONTACT US ON INSTAGRAM @notmylocal IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE OUTSIDE OF THE UK or US .
Once the item is shipped we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES FINAL. At this time we are unable to process refunds/returns once an item has shipped. Please ensure that you select the correct size and quantity when placing your order. If you contact us within 24 hours we can amend an order for you.
PRE-ORDERED / MADE TO ORDER ITEMS ONLY
For pre-ordered items, please allow 2-4 weeks for your item to be shipped as they will be manufactured and quality checked before we begin shipping.
